Rose Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rose water (available at Whole Foods, health food stores, or online)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Petals from 3 red roses

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 15 minutes
  2. Strain into container and discard rose petals
  3. Allow to cool in fridge completely before using
