Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rose water (available at Whole Foods, health food stores, or online)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- Petals from 3 red roses
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 15 minutes
- Strain into container and discard rose petals
- Allow to cool in fridge completely before using
