In the spirit of giving, I’m going to give you not one, but two super easy cocktails for the gin lover. It’s the holidays right? This is a simple recipe and needed this time of year. You have enough other crap stressing you out and I don’t need to add to it by making this complicated.
The List:
- Bottle of Dry Gin
- Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
Gin is pretty great. There are so many different flavors that vary from distiller to distiller. It keeps you pouring as there is always a new gin to try on the liquor store shelf. So why not add some flavor yourself? Let’s do some infusing!
The Moves:
- Open Gin
- Add 3-5 Rosemary sprigs
- Wait 3-7 days
- Remove Rosemary
Rosemary is a great winter herb that just fits in with the season. Here are two classics that you can spice up with Rosemary Infused Gin:
Rosemary Gin & Tonic
- 1½ oz rosemary infused gin
- Premium tonic
- Garnish with rosemary sprig
Rosemary Gin Martini
- 2 oz rosemary infused gin
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- Shake and pour into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish with olives on a rosemary sprig
Let us know what you create with this infused gin!
